This delicious cheese uses at least 20% milk from the Agerolese breed, guaranteeing a unique aroma and variable eye formation.

Recognisable by the certification stamp of the protection consortium, PDO Provolone del Monaco has historical roots in the 1700s, associated with the Sorrentine peasants who wore cloaks similar to those of monks when selling their products in Naples.
